• Strategic Analyst (Strategy Direction - Perspectives and Competitive Intelligence Pole)
• Objective: Help ENGIE’s top management to define the Group strategic vision in the downstream energy sector worldwide
• Studies & Analysis: “Deep Dive” studies (competitors’ growth strategy, market trends, interview with internal exerts, coordination of BU contributors), “Strategy of the European players” (ENGIE downstream position versus competitors).
• Results: Studies presented to: COMEX, Codir Strat, Codir of different BUs, WebEx, auditorium. GE, ENEL, Centrica and Innogy “deep dive” studies are contributing to accelerate the development of the downstream solutions, i.e.: solar energy community, “MyPower” PV offer in France and to orient the group towards the digitalization.
